About the Role
The Credit and Loan Sales Intern will support the Sales and Credit team in promoting credit products, assisting prospective clients, and ensuring accurate handling of customer information. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to credit sales, customer engagement, and responsible lending practices under close supervision.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in explaining basic credit and loan products to customers, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and credit terms.
- Support the sales team in onboarding potential clients and gathering required customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records in accordance with internal policies and data protection requirements.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Support preliminary review of customer information to identify relevant financial details under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and responsible lending principles.
- Follow established procedures, compliance guidelines, and instructions from supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and demonstrate continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications
